| In Group D at the Estadio da Luz there will be a match between Benfica and RB Salzburg on Wednesday evening. After the Portuguese record champions Benfica reached the quarter-finals of the Champions League in each of the last two years, they would like to move into the knockout rounds this year too. The Eagles are absolute Champions League regulars and have also developed further under Roger Schmidt. In the hosts' squad there are some interesting new names. The team spend more then €70 million on the transfer market. Orkun Kokcu, Arthur Cabral and Angel Di Maria are only some of the new players in the team. On the other hand, RB Salzburg is considered as a slight outsider in Group D, but at the same time Gerhard Struber's team will feel almost no pressure. This year the Red Bulls once again have a talented and young team. The Austrian champions also were active during the summer as always and spend more than €20 million to boost the squad with young talents.
